I began with Superior Lamp Inc.in mid September 2008. The interview process was quite interesting. Both Kimberly and Angelina were very helpful in answering all of my questions. I discovered the opportunity online and the opportunity appealed to me immediately. I followed the process of filling out the applications and faxing them back to the corporate office. I also checked out the corporate website which proved to be very informative and impressive. Within a short amount of time I had a return phone call from Kimberly. She was very friendly and professional and explained the process of the interview and also explained the complete training program. She told me there would be some pre-training, in-field training, in-house managers and home office training.
I was also sent a detailed description of the type of market that Superior Lamp is seeking for new sales people. It is a huge growing market. There is also a repeat factor and no limited territory. Everything that was shown to me initially, has completely met all standards with flying colors. Everyone receives top notch training with the best in the field. They also supply you with all of the tools needed to begin your career and to continue on a successful path. You have accessibility to in-house managers and product knowledge staff on a daily basis and they are all only a phone call way. During normal business work hours there is always a helpful Superior associate ready to help you in any way for any question.
The company pays straight commission and they also offer some excellent bonus benefits that are very much attainable. The nice thing about the commission program is that you can determine your own future. Everything that is shown and explained from day one by Kimberly and Angelina is absolutely everything that was given to me in training materials and also hands-on in the field training has been exactly what was promised step by step. I am very happy and impressed as to how Kimberly and Angelina explained everything to me in great detail. Thay answered all of my questions and concerns.
As I approach my eighth month with the company, I am very pleased with my success thus far. Most recently I visited the corporate office in Mount Laurel New Jersey. This was a huge eye opener for me. It really frosted the cake and everything came together for me as I realized I picked a wonderful opportunity. I was given the chance to meet everyone that I had been conversing with over these past few months. I was also allowed to meet Kimberly & Angelina, the two women who handled the interview process. I also attended a product knowledge class by the top man in the company that handles everything to do with all of our Superior products that we offer to our customers. It was very educational. The owners of the company invited me into their office to get acquainted and discuss my goals. This company is rock solid and hands on from the bottom clear up to the top. Everyone I met is professional, friendly and eager to help you become more successful. If you are searching for a wonderful opportunity to control your own destiny and can follow a proven training system that works. Don't try to do your own thing, just follow the program that they have worked very hard over the years to make it successful for everyone. Everything will come full circle and you will see the results with great income. I invite everyone to take a genuine serious look at Superior Lamp Inc. My only regret is I did not get involved with this company twenty years sooner. There is surely a "bright" future with this company.
